The Workforce & Education Action Team meets the needs of business with the curriculum and passion of education by creating a better understanding of those needs between schools, businesses and the community. They address pressing workforce readiness issues and leverage resources to have a measurable impact on advancing the area's economic prosperity. Their goal is to foster business and community partnerships with schools to ensure all students have access to education and training opportunities that will prepare them to support the workforce needs of our area.

MILITARY & VETERAN AFFAIRS
The purpose of the Military & Veterans Affairs Committee is to foster and maintain a commitment to support the needs of military members and families who are assigned, attached to, or retired in the Enterprise area, by promoting a healthy and cooperative relationship between the civilian community and all elements of the Armed Forces. This collaborative relationship is accomplished by showcasing a military-inclusive community, including support from our local businesses, through information sharing, special events, identification of important resources and partnerships, as well as other forms of civic partnership.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
The Government Relations Action Team facilitates connections with elected officials and key stakeholders on a local, state and federal level to build relationships and partnerships to drive our collective goal of advancing a thriving Enterprise community. Provide meaningful information for Chamber members, and local community, to develop a better understanding of current issues and legislation and how it will affect local business and industry.

TOURISM
The Tourism Action Team industry partners associated with tourism, recreation, marketing, and hospitality for the purpose of networking to foster healthy relationships and leverage resources to attract visitors in the Enterprise area by promoting events, attractions, dining, entertainment, and lodging.
